We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly organised PR & Talent Partnerships Executive to join our growing team, working across 29 London.
This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of consumer PR, talent, VIP and brand partnerships. You’ll support the delivery of campaigns for leading brands across entertainment, drinks, fashion, hospitality and lifestyle.
We’re looking for someone who understands how media and culture work, and is confident picking up the phone, building relationships and making things happen.
The role
You will support across:
- Consumer PR campaigns and press-office activity
- Building and maintaining targeted media lists
- Journalist pitching, follow-up and relationship management
- Identifying new media contacts and opportunities
- Managing product placement, gifting and sampling
- Supporting press events, journalist experiences and VIP activations
- Building VIP, celebrity and influencer lists
- Talent research and recommendations for brand campaigns
- Preparing client updates and campaign reports
- Supporting pitch decks, proposals and new-business documents
- Helping develop and maintain the agency’s media, talent and industry contact network
- General project coordination across live campaigns

Who we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have around 2–4 years’ experience within a PR, communications, entertainment environment.
You should be:
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Confident communicating with journalists, talent teams, clients and partners
- Proven track record of securing PR (Big focus on drinks consumer PR)
- Naturally organised and able to manage several projects at once
- A strong writer with good attention to detail
- Commercially curious and interested in brands, celebrity, entertainment and culture
- Comfortable researching and developing new contacts rather than relying solely on existing databases
- Someone who follows up, keeps momentum and doesn’t need to be constantly chased
- Happy working within a small, entrepreneurial team where everyone gets involved
