Company Description

Contento PR Ltd is a London-based B2B public relations agency that helps businesses turn their ideas, stories, and viewpoints into media coverage that drives real impact. Acting as in-house journalists for clients of all sizes, the team surfaces compelling insights and creates content that stands out in crowded markets. The agency specializes in tackling challenging briefs, including clients without obvious “news,” and making complex topics engaging for UK and international media. With a bold “who dares, wins” approach, Contento PR focuses on building clients’ profiles and reputations across key media outlets.

Role Description

This is a remote paid internship role for a Public Relations Intern for 2-3 days a week stranded across the week. The intern will support day-to-day PR activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents. Responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, researching journalists and outlets, maintaining media lists, and assisting with reporting on campaign performance. The intern will help prepare content for social channels, contribute to thought leadership ideas, and support the team in coordinating media outreach and follow-ups. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B PR, working closely with senior team members on live client projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
