Job Title: Senior Digital PR Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working, 2-days in office)
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

The business delivers B2C and B2B campaigns across PR, social media, design, video, and creative, working with a range of major global brands across the sports betting industry in the UK, US, and beyond.
The agency has built a strong reputation in its niche over many years, with an extensive media contacts book and deep expertise in sports PR, Digital PR, and content-led campaigns. The culture is energetic and collaborative, with a genuine passion for sport and the industries the agency serves, and the team continues to grow.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Senior Digital PR Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering Digital PR campaigns for major brands in the sports betting space, working closely with senior leadership while leading a team and taking ownership of accounts across the UK, US, and beyond.
- Manage and deliver Digital PR campaigns for clients across multiple markets, securing backlinks and hitting monthly KPIs
- Lead strategic campaign planning across a portfolio of accounts
- Interview sporting talent and turn content around into written form for media outreach
- Book and manage sporting talent for media interview duties
- Sell in content regularly to a wide range of media titles and journalists
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with media contacts across sport and lifestyle titles
- Lead teams across a number of accounts, managing junior team members while supporting directors
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, prioritising effectively across accounts
- Lead and participate in ideation brainstorms for upcoming campaigns and projects
- Keep up to date with media, PR, Digital PR, SEO, AI search, and news trends, sharing knowledge with the wider team

Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the Digital PR and backlinks landscape and how it impacts SEO and AI search
- Strong knowledge of sport, specifically football and US sport, and a clear understanding of the sporting news agenda
- Proven ability to write high quality press releases and content to deadline and to a high standard
- Strong media relations skills with established relationships across sporting media, lifestyle media also advantageous
- Confident interviewing skills with experience working alongside sporting talent
- Able to work at pace across multiple projects and accounts under pressure
- Previous experience working on Digital PR campaigns including talent-led, data-led, and odds-focused campaigns
- Previous experience working on US-focused Digital PR campaigns
- Previous experience working in sports PR, communications, or marketing
- Agency experience is strongly preferred
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
