We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting luxury fashion brands as they look to appoint an experienced PR Manager to join their growing marketing and communications team.

Known for its distinctive British identity, premium positioning and highly engaged customer following, the brand has experienced significant growth and continues to build its presence across fashion, luxury, lifestyle and equestrian markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial business and play a central role in shaping how the brand is represented across the UK and internationally.

The Role

The PR Manager will translate the wider brand strategy into impactful PR activity that builds awareness, strengthens positioning and drives desirability.

  • You’ll take ownership of relationships across fashion, luxury, lifestyle and business media, identifying compelling stories around new collections, campaigns, partnerships, the Founder and key brand moments.
  • You’ll also oversee celebrity and VIP activity, stylist relationships, talent dressing, gifting, influencer seeding and high-profile events.
  • Alongside remaining hands-on, you’ll manage and develop a PR team of four, setting clear priorities and maintaining consistently high standards across the function.
  • You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, Social and Commercial teams to ensure campaigns feel joined up and the brand is represented consistently across every external touchpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
