Public Relations Officer – Part-Time
Location: Clarence Arcade, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 7PT
Hours: 12 hours per week
Working arrangement: Office-based
About Fin Solutions
Fin Solutions is an accounting and tax services firm supporting individuals, start-ups and small businesses. We help our clients manage their accounts, tax, payroll, VAT and other financial responsibilities.
About the role
We are looking for a confident and creative Public Relations Officer to help promote Fin Solutions and build awareness of our services.
This is an entry-level opportunity that may suit a recent graduate in Business Communications, Brand Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related subject.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating clear and engaging content for social media and other communication channels
- Promoting the Fin Solutions brand and services
- Assisting with PR campaigns, company announcements and press releases
- Building relationships with local media and relevant organisations
- Responding to public and media enquiries
- Monitoring PR and social media activity
- Working with the team to ensure our communications are clear and consistent

What we are looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Business Communications, Brand Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related subject is preferred
- An interest in public relations, communications and social media
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK
