PR Senior Account Executive | London Up to £32,000 + Bonus | Hybrid

Are you an Account Executive ready to take the next step in your PR career?

Or perhaps you're already a Senior Account Executive looking for more variety, responsibility and exposure to some brilliant clients?

We're working with a growing London-based marketing consultancy that's looking for a PR Senior Account Executive to join its team.

It's a slightly different kind of PR opportunity.

Rather than representing the usual consumer brands, you'll help raise the profile of creative, digital, media and marketing agencies, from ambitious independents and start-ups through to major global agency networks.

You'll be creating stories, developing thought leadership, building journalist relationships and securing the kind of coverage that gets clients noticed.

What will you be doing?

You'll work across a portfolio of B2B clients and get involved in everything from:

  • Pitching stories and building relationships with journalists
  • Securing national, business and trade media coverage
  • Writing press releases, thought leadership and opinion pieces
  • Spotting news hooks and developing creative PR angles
  • Supporting client meetings and building strong client relationships
  • Contributing ideas to PR campaigns and wider client strategy
  • Working closely with experienced PR, content and business development colleagues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
