About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented PR Senior Account Executive to join our growing team at The Oracle Group.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who is ready to take the next step in their PR career, with a growing confidence in managing client activity, delivering media relations and contributing to integrated communications campaigns.

You’ll support the delivery of impactful PR activity across a portfolio of clients in the property, placemaking and construction sectors. Working closely with Account Managers and Directors, you’ll help bring campaigns to life through strong media relations, compelling content and coordinated communications activity.

An interest in the property sector, new homes, regeneration or place-based storytelling would be beneficial, but not essential.

As communications continues to evolve, you’ll also work alongside Influenced, The Oracle Group’s influencer and social media division, gaining exposure to influencer marketing, creator collaborations and user-generated content as part of integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, journalists and industry contacts
  • Support the development and delivery of integrated PR strategies across a portfolio of clients
  • Create high-quality written content including press releases, blog posts, case studies, award entries and social copy
  • Conduct research to identify news angles, story opportunities and sector trends
  • Secure and track media coverage across national, regional, trade and online outlets
  • Support proactive media relations activity including journalist outreach and follow-ups
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports, coverage summaries and status updates
  • Work with Account Leads to develop ideas for campaigns, announcements and thought leadership content
  • Support influencer and social media activity in collaboration with the Influenced team, including identifying potential creators and amplification opportunities
  • Help coordinate events such as press launches, site visits, community events and media opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of media contacts, coverage and activity tracking

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
