About MontanariPR
MontanariPR is a boutique public relations agency specialising in bespoke press and festival strategies for creative productions. The team collaborates with production companies, directors, agencies, and brands to build visibility for campaigns, short films, music videos, and fashion films.
Role Description
The Public Relations Specialist will support the development and execution of targeted press and festival strategies for MontanariPR’s clients. This contract, remote role involves:
- Drafting press materials, including press releases and media kits
- Identifying suitable festivals, publications, and platforms for client projects
- Managing media outreach
- Coordinating interviews and coverage opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across the creative industries

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Monitoring press coverage
- Updating contact databases
- Providing performance reports
- Collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of PR assets
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing outreach and follow-up with press contacts.
- Proficiency in writing and editing Press Releases and supporting materials tailored to creative campaigns and festivals.
- Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills, including the ability to craft clear narratives aligned with client goals.
- Demonstrated experience in advertising and creative industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with international festivals, media outlets, and digital platforms relevant to visual and cultural content.
