Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading social housing procurement consortium to recruit a Public Sector Account Manager into their growing team.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing leadership role responsible for growing the member base, strengthening strategic relationships and increasing the adoption of procurement solutions across the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a regional member portfolio, acting as a key interface between members, suppliers and internal teams. The regions where they have roles available include East Midlands, East Anglia, and Wales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing members, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Identify and secure new member relationships and increase utilisation of the companies services, driving growth in member spend and overall engagement.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, meetings and conferences.
- Monitor regional performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reporting and market insight to senior leadership.
- Work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver a seamless member experience and identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.

Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience in a member, client, account management, business development or procurement-focused role.
- An understanding of the social/affordable housing sector and the challenges facing housing providers is beneficial but not essential.
- A basic level understanding of procurement and/or experience supporting procurement activity within a housing or public sector environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- A proactive, relationship-led approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive positive change.
