Public Sector Agreements Manager

Full time | £54,882 - £64,029 (dependent on experience)

Hybrid working (3 days in office, Southampton)

Who We Are

We are Ordnance Survey, Great Britain’s national mapping service and a global leader in geospatial data and technology. For over 230 years, our data has helped governments, businesses and communities make better decisions about the world around them.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ordnance Survey in a Public Sector Agreements Manager role, helping deliver some of our most important public sector partnerships. You’ll support government customers to unlock the value of location data, improve services, make better decisions and deliver real impact for people and places across Britain.

Both roles sit at the heart of our Public Sector function and will play a key part in bringing people, priorities and progress together. You’ll work closely with major public sector customers and teams across OS to make sure complex agreements are delivered with confidence, clarity and pace.

Each role will take ownership of agreement delivery, turning commitments into action and helping ensure performance, benefits and outcomes stay on track. It’s a chance to combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, build trusted relationships and make a visible contribution to nationally important work.

What You’ll Do

  • Agreement Delivery Leadership

    • Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, high-value Public Sector agreements, ensuring all obligations, KPIs and service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Leadership

    • Act as the primary point of contact and authority for customers, managing both strategic and operational interactions and representing OS with credibility and confidence.
  • Performance & Improvement

    • Drive performance across agreements, using insight and data to identify issues and proactively lead improvement activity that enhances delivery, outcomes and efficiency.
  • Governance & Risk Management

    • Ensure strong delivery against governance frameworks, KPIs, change control and compliance requirements, maintaining clear oversight and managing risks effectively. Hold the business to account.
  • Insight & Adaptation

    • Develop a deep understanding of customer priorities and wider government context, adapting delivery approaches to meet changing needs and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Collaborate across OS to ensure alignment of internal stakeholders, coordinating activity and influencing outcomes to deliver against customer and commercial objectives.
  • Reporting & Communication

    • Deliver clear, accurate and high-quality reporting on agreement performance, translating complex information into simple, actionable insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
