Support Public Sector Microsoft licensing sales

As a Microsoft Internal you will be an essential part of the Microsoft Team. You will be working within the Public Sector Microsoft team to provide support for the Microsoft Licensing Specialists and account managers with unmanaged accounts.

As Microsoft Internal, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Public Sector Microsoft specialists with basic customer requests & enquiries.
  • Supporting the specialists with creation of quotes and cost models.
  • Working with Public Sector Sales Support & licensing purchasers to ensure adherence to the clean order process for contract orders.
  • Running periodic reports to provide customers with visibility of licenses, consumption, and billing.
  • Supporting with the creation of standardised customer facing templates.

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
  • A passion for technology and how this can help drive business change
  • The ability to build rapport with both internal Softcat teams and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
