Your Team
You’ll lead a high-performing Sales function spanning both New Business and Account Management Public Sector teams, working closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services. This is a collaborative, commercially driven environment where teams are aligned around one goal, delivering measurable value to customers while driving sustainable growth. You’ll operate as part of the senior leadership team, contributing to both functional and company-wide strategy, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and the broader business vision.
Your Career
As a Sales Director, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future direction of MHR’s commercial strategy. This is an opportunity to operate at a strategic, enterprise level. Owning revenue growth, influencing go-to-market approach, and contributing to long-term business planning. You’ll build and develop a strong leadership bench, coaching future sales leaders while evolving your own capability in areas such as digital transformation, AI adoption, and platform-led growth. With exposure to executive stakeholders and key customers, this role offers real scope to expand your impact across the organisation.

Your Impact
- You’ll translate strategic objectives into tangible commercial outcomes, owning revenue growth, driving performance, and ensuring consistent execution across your teams.
- You’ll define and deliver the revenue strategy for your portfolio, balancing short-term results with long-term customer value, retention, and expansion, while shaping go-to-market approaches across both new business and existing customers using data and market insight to prioritise focus.
- You’ll lead Account Management teams to maximise retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, embedding strategic account planning and acting as an executive sponsor for key relationships, while aligning Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Services to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
- Alongside this, you’ll build and convert a high-quality, sustainable pipeline, driving disciplined sales execution, accurate forecasting, and strong opportunity management, while championing value-led selling and maintaining a clear view of market dynamics and competition.
- You’ll take full ownership of revenue performance, ensuring alignment between sales plans, quotas, and strategic priorities, using data to drive decisions, mitigate risk, and contribute to pricing and deal governance.
- As a leader, you’ll build and develop high-performing sales teams, setting clear expectations, coaching future leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- You’ll also work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure end-to-end alignment, feeding customer and market insight into proposition development and supporting initiatives that enable scalable, sustainable growth.
