Job Posting Title: Publicist

Req ID: 10157778

About the Role & Team

We are looking for a driven and creative Publicist to join our Disney+ Communications team, supporting the delivery of standout campaigns across the UK and EMEA. In this role, you will help bring to life publicity campaigns for some of the most talked-about shows in entertainment — from award-winning titles like Shogun to audience favourites such as Only Murders in the Building, Percy Jackson, and Rivals.

Working closely with the PR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative, best-in-class campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and strengthen Disney’s reputation as a world-class storyteller. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Partnerships, Studios and Media Networks, as well as with Social and Influencer teams, ensuring our campaigns are cohesive, impactful and culturally relevant.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Own and deliver publicity campaigns for Disney+ and National Geographic titles from concept through to execution, measurement and reporting
  • Develop creative, insight-led campaign ideas that resonate with audiences and generate impactful media coverage
  • Drive UK and EMEA publicity activity, working across regional and local priorities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Studios, Media Networks, and Social & Influencer teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TV, entertainment and broadcast media
  • Lead and support talent-led activity including junkets, press tours and interviews
  • Plan and deliver high-profile events such as premieres, screenings and bespoke activations
  • Utilise owned and social media channels effectively to amplify campaigns and maximise reach
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to tight deadlines with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Support reputation management and contribute to crisis communications planning and response when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
