WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?

We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU!

Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Is this role for you?

Paramount is seeking a highly organised and proactive Publicity and Communications Co-ordinator to support the UK Publicity and Communications team across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. This role plays a key part in delivering publicity campaigns, providing day-to-day administrative, operational, and communications support across a diverse slate of content and corporate initiatives.

Working closely with the UK and global publicity teams, you'll help drive efficient team operations, manage key processes and reporting, support talent and media activity, and contribute to delivering high-profile campaigns, events, and press initiatives. This role suits someone who enjoys entertainment, media, and storytelling and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Paramount+ is a premium streaming subscription service delivering live sports, breaking news, and entertainment, and is a cornerstone of the Direct-to-Consumer division of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, a leading, next-generation global media and entertainment company. The Company's portfolio unites legendary brands, including Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television, CBS, Nickelodeon, MTV, BET, Comedy Central, Showtime, Paramount+, Pluto TV, and Skydance's Animation, Film, Television, Interactive/Games, and Sports divisions.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Publicity and Communications and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the team. You'll manage a range of administrative functions, including daily media coverage reporting, financial administration (such as raising purchase orders), taking and distributing meeting minutes, and maintaining and updating media lists. You'll also provide logistical and operational support for events, press junkets, and other publicity activities as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
