Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce

We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.

Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.

Levanta is hiring a Publisher Development Manager to lead publisher acquisition and growth across our live Amazon markets in EMEA — UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain. This role is squarely focused on Amazon: identifying, onboarding, and optimizing sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, media buyers, and content publishers that drive GMV for Amazon-side brands in these markets.

You'll report directly to the VP of Marketplace and work closely with our Creator team, which is deeply technical and hands-on with tracking and integrations — you won't have a dedicated engineer on partner calls, so you'll need to be comfortable troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues yourself, escalating only when something is genuinely broken on our end. This is a relationship-driven, technically fluent role: equal parts partnership development and hands-on problem-solving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do:

Strategic partnership development

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, and high-value content publishers across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain
  • Build a prioritized target list of publishers and sub-networks in each market, with a tailored outreach approach per segment
  • Negotiate partnership terms that align with our Amazon-side business goals

Partnership optimization & growth

  • Analyze the performance of existing EMEA publisher partnerships, including underperforming ones, and build plans to re-engage or grow them
  • Work directly with partners to optimize product feeds, improve conversion, and unlock growth
  • Track the competitive landscape across EMEA affiliate/publisher ecosystems and surface new opportunities

Technical implementation & troubleshooting

  • Own technical onboarding for new publisher partners — API integrations, tracking setup, and attribution accuracy — largely independently
  • Troubleshoot tracking and integration issues directly with partners; escalate internally only when something requires engineering
  • Maintain clear technical documentation partners can use to self-serve during setup

Performance analysis & reporting

  • Track and report on partnership performance — GMV, conversion rate, activation status — across the EMEA portfolio
  • Surface trends and insights that inform where to prioritize time and resources next

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with our Creator team to keep messaging and territory approach consistent as the EMEA publisher program grows
  • Share partner feedback with Product to inform the roadmap where relevant

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development — direct experience with sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, or similar publisher types required
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and a strong working understanding of affiliate attribution and tracking technology
  • Comfort troubleshooting technical integration issues independently, without a dedicated engineer on the call
  • Familiarity with affiliate platform technologies (Impact, CJ, AWIN, or similar) and comfort reading technical documentation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, entrepreneurial — this role builds a lot of its own process rather than following an established playbook
  • Based in the UK or Netherlands
  • Fluent English required
