Overview
How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Publisher Development Director, you will selectively prospect, develop, and close relationships with web publishers, app developers, CTV/Audio publishers, and technology platforms that add strategic value to CORE Private Exchange (CPE), Epsilon’s direct publisher network. You will work closely with the International Platform Solutions team to define a target list that adds value to the Publicis Power of One model. The role requires relationship building with key internal stakeholders as well as new publisher clients to gain a clear understanding of goals, monetization strategies, and integration solutions.
This individual contributor role will be required to own the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting to launch of the new publisher accounts. This is a hybrid role based in our London office at least 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
You will help drive the growth of Epsilon’s supply-side partner ecosystem by identifying, developing, and launching strategic partnerships that strengthen CORE Private Exchange (CPE), Epsilon’s direct publisher network, and wider identity and data capabilities. Working cross-functionally with Platform Solutions and teams across the wider Publicis Groupe, you will build and manage a pipeline of strategic partners across Web, App, CTV, Audio, and SSPs. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and commercial negotiations through to privacy assessment, contract execution, onboarding, and launch. Your insights will help shape mutually beneficial partnerships, while clearly articulating the value of the Epsilon and Publicis Groupe offering.
This role will also provide the opportunity to shape and execute the UK supply strategy, identify emerging industry trends and opportunities, and build relationships across Publicis Groupe to unlock new commercial, data, and media opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
