Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.

Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.

Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

The Role

As a Publisher Specialist at adMarketplace, you will play an important role in supporting the performance and growth of our publisher partnerships across the UK and European markets.

Working closely with our Publisher Account Managers, you will learn the ins and outs of our publisher business, using data and performance insights to help optimise media placements, identify opportunities and ensure our partnerships are operating effectively.

You’ll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of publisher partners, including Buy Now, Pay Laters, browsers, apps and other emerging digital platforms, while building a strong foundation in digital advertising, search and publisher monetisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and analyse daily performance across a portfolio of publisher partners and media placements
  • Use performance data to identify trends, opportunities and potential issues, helping ensure accounts remain healthy and optimised
  • Support Publisher Account Managers with the day-to-day execution of partner strategies and growth initiatives
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve performance, monetisation and overall partner outcomes
  • Work closely with Publisher Account Managers and Technical Account Managers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Support the onboarding and launch of new publisher placements, including tracking, reporting and optimisation readiness
  • Prepare reporting, performance updates and insights to support internal and external partner conversations
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, Demand and other teams to resolve issues and improve publisher performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account performance, optimisations, testing and key updates
  • Build an understanding of different publisher business models, KPIs and performance drivers
  • Contribute publisher insights and feedback to help inform broader product and supply initiatives
  • Support internal projects related to publisher performance, operational efficiency and growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
