About Glassboxx

Glassboxx is the digital platform powering direct to consumer digital and print sales for some of the world's leading publishers (including Princeton University Press, Simon & Schuster, and Bloomsbury). We build and run their eReader apps and websites that let publishers sell directly to their readers, and we work closely with our publisher partners to help them get the most out of the platform.

If you love books but want to work on the technology and business side of publishing, this is a genuinely different way into the industry!

The role

Fixed-term Contract - 12-month contract. We're looking for a Publisher Success Assistant to join our Product and Success team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate. A degree related to publishing is a strong fit, but not essential if you can show us genuine enthusiasm for the industry and sharp attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the success team on client calls with the publisher
  • Draft clear, friendly updates and follow-ups for publisher partners
  • Learn how our platforms work so you can support the success team with publisher training
  • Help manage the featured section calendar across our Academic Reader app and white-label apps (e.g. identifying key calendar events like pride month, banned book week, etc that we can highlight within the discovery sections of our apps)
  • Attend industry events and the London Book Fair as part of the success team
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
