At FI, our commitment to excellence is driven by our core principle of putting people first. About the role

We are recruiting a Publishing and Marking Coordinator to join the Educational Resources team. This role involves working across marking and publishing, making it a varied and interesting role. The successful candidate will help coordinate a team of internal and external markers and marking administration for year-round ICAEW, ACCA, and CIMA exams. You will also work closely with authors and subject managers to create learning materials, and the LMS team to build courses on our learning management system.

The position offers great long-term prospects for the right candidate. In addition to a competitive annual salary of £28,000-£33,000 DOE, there are a number of staff rewards and benefits. You will join a supportive, friendly, and growing culture where your own skills will be valued, and your career goals will be nurtured.

This role is UK-based and can either be fully remote or potentially hybrid, with the option to hot desk from one of the FI centres. The right to live and work in the UK is essential, as we’re not able to sponsor applicants.

Contractual details

  • Start date: As soon as possible, depending on notice period.
  • Duration: Permanent.
  • Location: Remote, UK; or Hybrid UK with the option of hot desking from an FI centre. This can be explored during the interview process.
  • Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience.
  • Hours: Full time Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Part time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
  • Probation: 3 months.
  • Leave: 25 days annual leave rising to 30 over five years’ service, plus bank holidays.
  • Travel: Requirement to attend an FI office roughly six times a year for events, training, collaborative work, and meetings. Travel expenses paid.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
