Marquee TV: Publishing and Social Manager

Marquee TV is the global streaming service for the performing arts, bringing exceptional theatre, dance, opera, and music from the world’s leading stages to audiences everywhere.

We are looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with strong creative and editorial instincts to take the new role of Publishing and Social Manager.

About the role…

You’ll own our video publishing schedule, making sure every release has the right copy, artwork, metadata, and assets, and is delivered accurately and on time.

You’ll also lead on-platform merchandising: creating collections, campaigns, and promotional placements that help audiences discover what to watch and drive engagement across our catalogue.

You’ll create, edit, and commission compelling social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels; finding the hooks, stories, and cultural connections that make people stop, watch, and engage.

The details…

  • Responsible for the publishing schedule for our content, working closely with the Content and Operations team to ensure every release drives interest and engagement.
  • Creates, executes, and optimises on-platform merchandising campaigns that drive viewing to existing content and integrate with wider marketing and distribution priorities.
  • Leads the planning and execution of our social media strategy, including the production and publishing of brand identity content, editorial depth formats, and tentpole campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing and cultivating talent and influencer partnerships that extend our reach and increase on-platform engagement.
  • Works closely with the CRM Manager to maximise customer viewing through CRM, platform notifications, and other mechanisms.
  • Work closely with the Growth Manager to align content and messaging across platforms to harmonise with acquisition and retention marketing.
  • Interprets data and insights to continuously adapt and optimise all aspects of publishing, engagement, and social media, and reports this regularly to leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Uses editorial content to maximise the visibility of our website and programming to search engines and generative AI tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
