Pupil Participation Assistant
We require an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Pupil Participation Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils across all of the provisions, developing and implementing programmes of support for individuals and groups. They will promote participation in the curriculum and support pupils to develop skills and strategies to manage their feelings and possible conflict resolution. They may also work in class with pupils, modelling strategies, implementing behaviour support plans and supporting staff. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The working week for this role is 32.5 hours on a term time only basis.
