Location: Colchester, Essex

Work Arrangement: On-site

A client of ours in the Colchester area is recruiting a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately one week, providing holiday cover.

The role will involve a handover on Thursday 20th August, followed by a few days during the week commencing 24th August. Hours are flexible and do not need to be full days, paying £15 per hour.

Your key duties in this Purchase Ledger Clerk role will include but are not limited to:

  • Printing invoices and statements from emails
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Posting invoices onto the system
  • Supporting the team with general purchase ledger administration
