Purchasing & Admin Support Coordinator

Romsey | Fully Onsite

A brilliant opportunity to join a cutting-edge tech environment in a hands-on support role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations moving.

This role is ideal for someone with admin/support or purchasing coordination experience who is organised, proactive, and confident chasing actions through to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing approved requisitions and raising purchase orders
  • Updating documents and uploading information into internal systems
  • Tracking orders and chasing progress to ensure on-time delivery
  • Following up on delays, resolving issues, and escalating risks where needed
  • Supporting a busy operational team with changing day-to-day priorities

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administrative, purchasing support, or coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence handling documents and system updates
  • Proactive approach with the confidence to chase, follow up, and unblock issues
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced onsite environment
  • Able to work onsite in Romsey, 5 days a week

Contract Details:

  • PAYE Contract
  • Onsite - 5 Days Per Week
  • 6-8 Months Contract
