Part Time Purchasing Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 2:00pm
Location: Moira, Co. Armagh
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
Start Date: Immediate start available
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process (using Microsoft Navision and appropriate other Office software) purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists
- Booking in of goods
- Ensure an up-to-date purchase order ledger
- Organise and document freight / shipping / customs documents
- Produce reports as and when required
- Maintain all vendor records
- Assist with the process of returning stock as and when required
- Stock taking both in and out of hours
- General filing and administrative duties

Essential Requirements:
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include Maths & English
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience of working in a busy office environment in a purchasing/stores admin role
- Experience of computerised sales and/or purchasing systems
- Excellent IT skills including trained and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A demonstratable ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Keen eye for detail

Desirable Criteria:
- 2+ years’ experience of working in purchasing/stores admin role
- Experience of working in a purchasing role within the manufacturing/construction sector
- Previous experience of working on Microsoft Navision
