About The Role
A Purchasing Administrator is required in Clevedon for an immediate, temporary ongoing contract, paying £15–£16 per hour. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm on-site, you will manage purchase orders from creation to delivery within the ERP system. Duties include verifying pricing, quantities, and supplier details, tracking open orders, and monitoring deliveries through to receipt. You will liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate records support seamless operations. Previous experience in procurement or administration, strong attention to detail, and sound computer literacy are essential. This long-term role offers potential permanency for the right candidate, joining a supportive team.

Pay: £15.00–£16.00 per hour
About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Management Administrator to join a busy procurement team. You'll be responsible for managing purchase orders from creation through to delivery, ensuring materials and services are ordered accurately while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, process and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system
- Verify pricing, quantities, supplier details and delivery dates
- Track open orders and monitor deliveries through to receipt
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm schedules and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate procurement records and system data
- Escalate delivery delays, shortages and supply risks promptly
- Support invoice reconciliation and three-way matching
- Produce reports on outstanding orders and overdue deliveries

Working Hours
This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
About You
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain administration
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
- Proactive in identifying and escalating potential supply issues
