We are looking to recruit a Purchasing Assistant on a permanent basis to join our team in East Grinstead. The role is working 37.5 hours a week.

The Role
The Purchasing Assistant will take ownership of administrative and operational tasks including:
- Booking goods in and out
- Expediting and monitoring German stock day to day
- Miscellaneous buying tasks
- CBAM data preparation for customers
- Checking order confirmations
- Stationery buying
- Maintaining chase lists
- Filing and document control
- Kit administration
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes with good communication skills. You will have the ability to work independently, along with experience in managing supplier relationships and maintaining accurate records of purchasing activities. The ideal candidates will be organised, able to prioritise workload, and have a good understanding of IT and computer applications like Excel and Outlook.
