We're hiring: Purchasing & Customer Lifecycle Analyst
Salary up to £30k based on experience inc. performance related bonus

We're looking for a Purchasing & Customer Lifecycle Analyst to help ensure every customer journey runs smoothly, from initial order and supplier management through to ongoing service delivery and renewals.
This is a role for someone who loves organisation, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll be at the heart of the business, working across sales, service delivery, finance, suppliers, and customer success to help create an exceptional experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing
- Managing supplier purchasing and order fulfilment
- Supporting customer onboarding and lifecycle processes
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Working closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Helping drive operational excellence as we continue to grow
- Negotiating the best commercial terms and lead times with suppliers
What we're looking for
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting
- A proactive mindset and desire to improve processes
- Experience in purchasing, operations, customer success, administration, or a similar role
