Job Description
บริหารงานจัดซื้อ ทั้งจัดซื้อภายในประเทศ และจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องกับแผนการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
ดำเนินการตามกฎระเบียบที่กฎหมายกำหนดของสินค้าที่นำเข้า เช่น ยื่นขออนุญาตไม่ใช้เรือไทย เป็นต้น
จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อและใบสั่งจ้าง หรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อทั้งหมด
ควบคุมการคัดเลือกผู้ขายสินค้า,การตรวจสอบ/เปรียบเทียบราคาสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรการของบริษัทฯ
ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ราคาของสินค้าหรือบริการที่จัดซื้อ เพื่อให้มีความคุ้มค่าและสอดคล้องกับงบประมาณที่กำหนด
ติดตามสถานการณ์สั่งซื้อและประสานงานกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายในกรณีที่มีการล่าช้าหรือปัญหาทางการจัดส่ง
รายงานผลการจัดซื้อและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานให้กับผู้บริหาร
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการจัดซื้อและหาวิธีการปรับปรุงกระบวนการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุน
มีส่วนร่วมในงานระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001, 14001,45001 และ 50001
งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications
จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปทุกสาขา หากจบสาขาวิศวกรรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
มีทักษะในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการโน้มน้าวที่ดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
สามารถใช้โปแกรม Mango ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
