Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager | Healthcare | NW London
📍 5 days/ week on-site in NW London.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager to join a growing UK healthcare business supplying specialist medical products to the NHS and international markets.
You'll take ownership of purchasing, forecasting, production planning, inventory and logistics, leading a small team of 3 and working closely with senior management, quality, marketing and international suppliers.

This is more than a day-to-day supply chain role. The business is investing in AI, automation and modern systems, and you'll play a key role in transforming processes, reducing manual work, improving reporting and building a more efficient, scalable supply chain function.
We're looking for:
- Proven purchasing / supply chain management experience within a healthcare / medical environment
- Experience managing a small team
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- A track record of process improvement and / or implementing automation or AI
- Ideally experience working with regulated products
- CIPS and UK packaging/environmental compliance knowledge would be advantageous
