Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager | Healthcare | NW London

💰 £50K-£65K + 5% bonus
A growing UK healthcare business supplying specialist medical products to the NHS and international markets is looking for an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager.
You'll lead purchasing, forecasting, production planning, inventory and logistics, managing a small team of 3 and working closely with senior management, quality, marketing and international suppliers.

We're looking for:
- Proven purchasing/supply chain management experience within healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical procurement
- Experience managing a small team
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- Experience improving processes and/or implementing automation or AI
- Ideally, experience with regulated medical products
- CIPS and UK packaging/environmental compliance knowledge are advantageous
