This role combines strategic account management with hands-on digital execution, using retailer media, CRM, loyalty, sponsored products, online merchandising, bundles, promotions, and app opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, sales, and market share.

Responsibilities

Retail Partner Relationships

  • Manage relationships with pureplay retailers and the e-commerce teams of omnichannel retail partners.
  • Build strong relationships across Buying, Merchandising, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Retail Media, CRM, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms, distribution, online visibility, retailer media, promotional support, sampling, and digital exclusives.
  • Lead new product presentations, account reviews, and strategic retailer meetings.
  • Secure strong digital support for launches, promotions, and key brand moments.

Driving Performance

  • Develop annual account plans, P&Ls, and seasonal strategies to deliver sales, profit, distribution, and brand-ranking objectives.
  • Develop and research strategies utilizing CRM, loyalty, GWPs, online bundles, sampling, digital exclusives, app placements, and other digital levers to increase sales.
  • Plan and optimize sponsored product, paid search, display, and retailer-media activity, including Criteo campaigns, to improve visibility, traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities across retailer websites and apps, including homepage exposure, category placement, search visibility, email, push notifications, live shopping, and editorial content.
  • Develop online-exclusive bundles, kits, routines, and promotional offers that increase conversion, average order value, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct competitive analyses covering pricing, promotions, digital visibility, sponsored search, assortment, launches, ratings and reviews, and share of digital shelf.
  • Maintain Joint Business Plans and evaluate progress against agreed sales, marketing, and profitability objectives.

Digital Merchandising and Optimization

  • Ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and optimized across copy, imagery, video, claims, ingredients, usage, and brand content.
  • Monitor on-site search rankings, category placement, product availability, ratings and reviews, conversion, traffic, and digital share of shelf.
  • Conduct regular retailer.com and app audits to identify content gaps, broken links, out-of-stocks, incorrect pricing, missing products, and lost visibility.
  • Improve product discoverability through retailer SEO, search-term optimization, product taxonomy, filters, and sponsored placements.
  • Work with retailer teams to test and optimize content, promotions, landing pages, bundles, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure new products launch online accurately, on time, and with the agreed visibility and marketing support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
