Job Description

Pursuit Coordinator

Flexible location – any Ramboll UK&I office

Do you want to contribute to shaping our services within the UK&I?

The RUK&I Market Pursuits Team (MPT) is looking for a Pursuit Coordinator, to support the drive to win strategic projects across the UK and Ireland.

Our ambition is to be The Partner for Sustainable Change, and we are committed to creating innovative solutions that will contribute to accelerating the ongoing sustainable transition. Working for Ramboll means working for a company that strives to make a difference – for our employees, clients, and society. Combining local presence with global reach, we offer you a strong platform for continuous professional growth. The successful applicant for this role will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our strategy to close the gap to a sustainable future.

As demand accelerates in the Engineering Services sector, we are seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to drive strategic growth across our UK&I service offering.

Key Aspects of the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Pursuit Coordinator to join our successful MPT in the UK. You will work with MPT’s Senior Pursuit Managers (SPMs) and Pursuit Managers (PMs), writers, and reviewers; Key Account/client managers; and Business Area Directors, on pursuits from positioning through to submission to the client.

You will work under the direction of the SPM or PM on our strategic pursuits, coordinating activities to programme, managing deliverables, and contributing to the development of compelling responses that demonstrate Ramboll’s capabilities and the value we can deliver to clients. You may take ownership of smaller pursuits and standard questionnaires, manage the end-to-end process, and ensure alignment with client requirements.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support SPM/PM with the execution of all logistics in the bid process and leading on discrete tasks
  • Oversee file management, set up meetings, coordinate inputs from suppliers and technical teams, retrieve best practice material, and share accordingly
  • Manage bid programme, trackers, and clarification/action logs to ensure effective pursuit delivery
  • Attend meetings, be responsible for notes, and circulate with actions
  • Write or tailor project descriptions and CVs/resumes
  • Use our SharePoint to source previous best practice text to share with technical authors
  • Develop templates in line with client requirements and support the collation and formatting of proposal content
  • Complete standard information
  • Assist with compliance checks
  • Proofread graphics and text
  • Lead or support with bid submission/upload
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and knowledge sharing, e.g., maintain bid content libraries, update templates, and provide supporting materials to enable reuse and efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
