A prestigious law firm is looking for a Pursuits Manager to join their award-winning firm and play a central role in some of their most important bids, tenders, and client opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategic bids and tenders, from early-stage positioning through to submission and client presentation.
- Partnering with lawyers, partners, and business services colleagues to develop compelling client propositions and pursuit strategies.
- Identifying and articulating our strengths and differentiators, helping teams focus on what will make the greatest impact with clients.
- Writing, refining, and reviewing clear, persuasive, and client-focused content.
- Influencing and challenging stakeholders constructively to strengthen responses and improve outcomes.
- Identifying risks and opportunities early, working collaboratively with colleagues to find practical and effective solutions.
- Supporting client presentations, interviews, and pitch meetings, helping teams prepare with confidence.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial judgement with excellent communication and organizational skills. You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience supporting or leading complex bids, tenders, pursuits, or client proposals within a professional services environment.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn detailed information into clear, persuasive, and client-focused messaging.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuinely collaborative approach, with a desire to work with and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- The confidence to build credibility and influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn, together with an openness to new ideas and different perspectives.
