Main Responsibilities
- Site manager role, control and evaluate the EPC works on site during all the construction and commissioning phase until start of O&M, as well as supervise the requirements and/or conditions agreed with the owner/technical advisor, identifying incidents, proposing and taking actions according to the PM.
- Supervision and organization of the assigned works, from the point of view of Quality and Environment, as well as maintaining a direct dialogue with the Project Manager.
- Maintaining good relations with our owner interlocutors on site.
- Monitoring, control and management the construction (up to date), in accordance with the schedule date of the contract.
- Prepare weekly report with the progress status of the work, deviations and most relevant tasks as well as the efficiency ratios according to the schedule.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PV Project construction.
- Valuable Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Desirable Electrical or Mechanical Specialization.
- Driving License.
- Used to work autonomously.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to travel nationally.
- Availability to work on-site in Staffordshire.
