About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PV Module Sales Manager to lead our solar module business in assigned regional markets. This role requires a deep understanding of local market conditions, a strong network in the renewable energy sector, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring full compliance with local regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Execute the regional sales plan for PV modules in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Achieve annual targets for sales revenue, receivables collection, and new customer acquisition within assigned regional markets.
  • Ensure all business activities strictly comply with local regional laws and regulations, as well as the company's internal control policies.

Market & Customer Management

  • Proactively gather and analyze market intelligence, including market dynamics, competitor activities, policy changes, and industry trends across assigned regional markets, and provide regular market analysis reports.
  • Deeply cultivate local customer relationships, develop and manage regional distributors, and build a stable and efficient sales channel network within the responsible regions.

  • Lead the entire sales contract lifecycle, including negotiation, signing, and execution follow-up for regional business projects.
  • Oversee compliance standards, delivery schedules, and receivable collection risks throughout the entire regional business process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, operations, customer service) to efficiently resolve issues related to order execution and customer service, ensuring smooth business operations in responsible regions.

Product & Market Coordination

  • Collect and consolidate feedback from local clients in responsible regions regarding PV module specifications, performance requirements, and other market needs, and relay this information to the R&D and product teams.
  • Collaborate on product localization initiatives, regional promotional activities, industry exhibitions, and business meetings to enhance product competitiveness in assigned regional markets.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven sales experience in the PV or new energy industry with mature channel and installer resource networks. Familiarity with local business practices and PV-related policies and regulations of responsible regional markets is essential. Prior working experience in overseas PV regional markets is highly preferred.

Education

  • Advanced level university degree in management and administration, renewable energy or other relevant field.

Language Skills

  • Must possess professional working proficiency in English and the local language of responsible regions for business communication and internal team collaboration.

Core Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop new regional customers, conduct business negotiations, and consistently achieve regional sales targets.

Professional Attributes

  • Strong compliance awareness, high integrity and responsibility, and excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills for regional business operations.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to demonstrate gender-responsive, non-discriminatory and inclusive behavior.
