Position Overview
We are seeking a UK-based Energy Storage Sales Manager to develop and manage our energy storage business in the UK market. Leveraging Pytes' established European brand presence and product advantages, you will engage directly with UK-based installers, distributors, and energy service providers to drive scalable sales of our energy storage products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans for energy storage products in the UK, achieving sales targets and collection objectives.
- Identify, develop, and maintain channels with UK-based installers, distributors, EPCs, and energy service providers, building long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of UK energy storage market policies, subsidy schemes, and grid-connection standards (e.g., MCS certification requirements), and provide compliant product solution recommendations to customers.
- Gather and analyze UK market competition, customer needs, and pricing trends to support product planning and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with the European team and China headquarters to manage the full sales cycle from inquiry and contract to order and after-sales.
- Represent the company at UK and European industry exhibitions and channel events to enhance local brand influence.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the UK energy storage, solar, or new energy industry; existing channel resources in residential/C&I energy storage is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UK energy storage market landscape, key installer/distributor networks, and grid-connection certification requirements.
- Proven ability to independently develop customers and channels, with a track record of building regional sales performance from the ground up.
- Strong business negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultural backgrounds and internal teams.
- English as the working language; Chinese communication skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in New Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the UK; must have the legal right to work in the UK.
