Qualifications
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or a similar role is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successfully filling vacancies across various sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and service offerings
