  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines. A master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates through various channels to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and long-term engagement.
  • Providing market insights and industry trends to clients to inform their hiring strategies.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve processes and enhance service delivery.
