About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Client Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common enterprise applications.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, hardware repair, and software installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on various IT systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology upgrades and projects.
