About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team at Involved Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a large-scale technology environment, focusing on developing automation frameworks, backend services, and tooling that support complex telecom and network operations. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that enhance testing, monitoring, and operational efficiency across 5G and enterprise platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating Python applications with telecom network systems, ensuring scalable and reliable automation solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python development, with extensive experience in designing RESTful APIs and working within Linux environments. A solid understanding of database technologies, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in telecommunications or network automation is desirable but not mandatory. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in Python, DevOps, or networking.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks and scripts to support network testing, data processing, and operational workflows.
- Build RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI for internal services and cross-team integrations.
- Create lightweight web-based dashboards and interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and templating engines like Jinja2.
- Work with various databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis to manage application, configuration, and testing data.
- Develop and maintain Docker and Docker Compose environments to facilitate application deployment and testing processes.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab to streamline development workflows.
- Automate Linux system tasks using Bash, shell scripting, and cron jobs to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate Python applications with telecom network systems and APIs to enable seamless automation and data exchange.
- Develop automated validation, health checks, and service monitoring capabilities to ensure system reliability.
- Establish effective logging, monitoring, and error handling mechanisms across automation services.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Network Engineering, and DevOps teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Support the development of scalable, maintainable, and reliable engineering solutions aligned with organizational goals.
