Python + React Developer
💰 £450-500/day (Inside IR35)
📍 UK (Remote)
📅 12-Month Contract
Our client is looking for an experienced Python + React Developer to join a fast-moving digital transformation environment. You’ll work across solution design, software development and technical delivery, collaborating with architects and engineering teams globally. This is a hands-on role suited to developers who can work independently, solve technical problems and contribute to strong engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python and React/JavaScript.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on solution design and technical assessments.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Act as a technical SME across platforms and services.
- Champion development standards and best practices.
- Identify and remove technical blockers across teams.
- Troubleshoot technical and security incidents.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements.
- Collaborate with technology, product and operations teams globally.
- Support Tech Leads and contribute to OKRs/KPIs.

Essential Skills
- Strong Python development experience.
- Strong JavaScript experience.
- Hands-on React or Angular experience.
- Strong scripting and software development capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile/digital transformation environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience preferred.
- Experience working with solution architects and engineering teams.
- Experience in fast-paced technology transformation environments.
