We're looking for a Senior Python AI Engineer to help build an innovative Agentic AI platform designed to turn vast amounts of sales and research content into meaningful investment insights. The goal is simple: reduce the time spent preparing for client conversations while dramatically improving the quality of information available to decision makers.
Joining at an early stage of the programme
- You'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction
- Work alongside experienced architects, business stakeholders, and AI specialists
Role Details
This is much more than a traditional backend development role. You'll be working with some of the most exciting technologies in the market today, combining modern Python engineering with Large Language Models, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud-native services, and intelligent workflow automation.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong foundation in Python development
- Experience delivering production-grade APIs
- Passion for building reliable software in cloud environments
- Experience with AI agents, vector databases, RAG architectures, and modern LLM platforms will enable you to make an immediate impact
