Job Title
Python, React, SQL, AWS, Compliance, Market Surveillance
McGregor Boyall are partnered with a fast-growing multi-strategy investment firm building their entire Operations and Compliance platforms from the ground up. The firm is growing its AUM and staff headcount and currently fits into the small-mid scale of funds in London.
This is greenfield development, not legacy maintenance. You're architecting the foundational infrastructure that scales with a rapidly expanding hedge fund. The initial focus is around data feeds and tools for trade compliance/surveillance.

Required Skills:
- 2-7 years' experience as a Python Developer
- Strong Front end experience with React/Typescript
- Proven expertise working in trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, or compliance
Nice to Have:
- AWS
- SQL
- REST APIs
- Postgres
