About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Developer to join Infosec’s dynamic technology team. This strategic role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable data platforms and applications that underpin the company's core operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving technological innovation, optimizing data workflows, and delivering high-impact solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. As a key leader within the organization, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, influence technology strategy, and mentor a team of talented developers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment, working on complex data integration projects, leveraging artificial intelligence, and shaping the future of financial technology at Infosec.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Principal Developer, preferably within financial services, asset management, or fintech sectors.
- Strong background in Python development.
- Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Data Flow, and building robust data pipelines.
- Strong capabilities in Power BI for creating insightful dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, and integrating financial and market data into enterprise systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of scalable data platforms and applications to support business growth and operational needs.
- Building, optimizing, and maintaining Python-based solutions and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Developing and managing PostgreSQL databases, including data models, schemas, and querying strategies.
- Delivering Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Data Flow solutions to streamline data ingestion and processing workflows.
- Creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Driving technical best practices across development teams, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability.
- Mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Supporting the adoption of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrating financial and market data into internal systems, ensuring data integrity, and enabling comprehensive reporting and analysis.
