About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Client Server. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in managing IT projects, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Certification in PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and project deliverables meet the agreed-upon criteria.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
