This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a greenfield project, where your expertise will help shape a new digital ecosystem. The position is remote, with quarterly planning sessions held in Bristol, providing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the core team. Candidates should demonstrate significant experience working within AWS cloud environments, utilizing services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and other cloud-native tools. A solid understanding of database technologies, including PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, is crucial. Familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and messaging patterns will be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills, a product-focused mindset, and experience working in Agile teams are also required. Candidates should be comfortable in hands-on development environments and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
