About the Role
As a Senior Python Developer, you'll:
- Build high-performance Python applications powering trade reconciliation, trading monitoring, and back-testing platforms.
- Develop scalable data engineering solutions, processing high volumes of financial data where performance and throughput are critical.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Research, and Treasury teams to design and deliver robust, mission-critical trading systems.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code while driving engineering best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 5+ years' commercial Python development experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline.
- Strong expertise across the Python ecosystem, including libraries and frameworks for data processing, automation, and testing.
- A passion for building high-quality software, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative engineering environment.
