About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is highly desirable, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred
- Proactive attitude, resilience, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding salary benchmarks, industry trends, and talent availability.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and increase placement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
