Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in London. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and integration layers that support digital consulting solutions for clients. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves debugging and optimizing existing systems, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation and deployment processes. The Python Developer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming principles.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side logic.
- Background in Software Development practices such as version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Hands-on experience working with Databases (SQL or NoSQL), including schema design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and RESTful service design is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on writing maintainable, well-documented code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting or working with enterprise clients and digital transformation projects is a plus.
