At SME Careers, we partner with leading AI labs to improve how the next generation of intelligent systems learn, reason, and communicate. SME Careers is a fast-growing AI data services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate that provides AI training data to many of the world's top AI companies and foundation model labs. Your expertise as an Chinese-Speaking Python Expert will directly help improve the world's premier AI models. Your expertise will play an important role in shaping the future of AI.

About The Role

In this hourly, remote contract role, you will review and compare AI-generated Python answers and Chinese-language explanations, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving for correctness and clarity. You will assess solutions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the prompt; identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding; fact-check technical claims; and provide concise expert feedback that helps improve future responses. You will also write high-quality reference explanations and model solutions, and rate multiple responses against consistent rubrics. This position is with SME Careers, a fast-growing AI data services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate that provides AI training data to many of the world’s top AI companies and foundation model labs. Your work will directly help improve the world’s premier AI models.

What You'll Do

  • Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
  • Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
  • Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.
  • Communicate technical review outcomes clearly in English (C1+), including concise issue summaries and rationale for ratings.
  • Review AI-generated Python solutions for correctness, edge-case handling, time/space complexity, and idiomatic Python 3.x usage.
  • Create and QA Mandarin Chinese (Traditional preferred) prompts, constraints, and acceptance criteria for Python coding and debugging scenarios.
  • Annotate and categorize common Python error patterns (e.g., exceptions, off-by-one, mutation/aliasing, encoding issues) with bilingual (Chinese/English) labels to support consistent evaluation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
